National Road Safety Week
The National Road Safety Week is observed in the first week of January every year all over India to inculcate the culture of road safety amongst the citizens. To draw attention to the epidemic scale of traffic deaths and injuries, and the potential risk to all road users, our Forum organizes series of road safety programme for students, teachers, motor vehicle drivers and other road users. During Road Safety Week, Road Safety Awareness Drive are lunched and numbers of outreach activities like training workshops, painting competitions, eye testing camps, foot rallies etc. are organized.
We are partnering with EICHER Motors, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM)/Society for Automotive Fitness & Environment (SAFE) and State Transport Authority etc. to observe the Road Safety Week every year in a befitting manner.
