Mr. Mohapatra is a highly accomplished individual in the field of road safety. He completed Post Graduate Course on Road Safety from the University of Delft, The Netherlands. Through extensive training and workshops, he has honed his skills in road safety, first aid, and medical care. His remarkable achievements include being the recipient of prestigious awards such as the IRTE & Prince Michael International Road Safety Award bestowed by the Institute of Road Traffic Education and the commendation for his outstanding service in road safety by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India. Mr. Mohapatra has proven his proficiency by successfully implementing various traffic safety projects.
