Dr. Debata is an eminent and visionary individual, having retired as a professor and maintaining a longstanding association with FPRA since its inception. With an impressive thirty-six years of experience in the research and development field, he has made significant contributions to the academic and literary world. Dr. Debata has presented 112 research papers, authored 35 books, and served as an editor for 2 magazines. His exceptional work in the scientific realm has earned him the prestigious Innovative Scientist Award from the American Bio-graphical Society. He has also served as the Acting Chairman of the Prevention of Accident Society (PASO), Odisha. Under his expert guidance, numerous impactful road safety campaigns have been successfully organized, further highlighting his commitment to the cause.
