Mr. Samal holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law. He dedicated 30 years of his career to the Odisha Traffic Police and retired as a Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic). Throughout his service, he actively participated in National Level Traffic Training, Workshops, and Seminars, representing the Government of Odisha. His exceptional contributions to traffic reform and management in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are widely acknowledged. Since the inception of FPRA, he has been closely associated with the organization, playing a pivotal role in piloting various traffic safety projects. Notably, he has been instrumental in the successful implementation of the state government’s ambitious project, Rakshak.
